| How To Place An Order?

Choose A Flower
Select a category (Example Roses, Birthday, Exotic Flowers ...) then click on the  button underneath the particular flower you like to purchase.

Identify Yourself
You will be presented with 3 options as the following:

Create an account with us. This will allow us to retrieve your profile on your future purchases.

| 2. |
Continue your purchase without creating an account with us.
|
| 3. |
If you already have an account with us, please type in your email and
password. Your profile and biling information will be automatically retrieved
if your account is successfully authenticated. |

Display Your Selection
This screen will display a picture of the arrangement that your have selected.
|
| 4. |
Recipient Info
This screen will summarize the cost of your selections and You will be asked for the arrangement recipient shipping inforamtion. At this time, you can either select an existing recipient from the dropdown menu or fill in a new one.

Biling Info
On this screen you will need to type in the name, address, and phone number of the person who is paying for the flowers. You will also need to type in the credit card information, account number, and expiration date.

Order Summary
This screen will display a summary of your order. If you need to make any changes on the selections, recipient info or biiling info, please click on the edit links. Otherwise, please click on the "complete my order" button to finish you purchase.
